Terms & Conditions

When referring applicants to the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Do not spam, solicit inappropriately, or violate the rules of any platform or community.
  • Referred applicants must not be a current or past team member or surrogate of Eggceptional Fertility.
  • Eggceptional Fertility is not responsible for your actions with our link or materials.
  • You agree not to use any of our trademarks or intellectual property or make any representations, warranties or other statements concerning Eggceptional Fertility, our website or any of our services or policies, except as detailed in these Terms & Conditions.
  • You shall act as an independent contractor and shall have no authority to obligate or bind Eggceptional Fertility in any respect.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions will constitute or be construed as constituting or creating an agency, partnership or employer/employee relationship between you and Eggceptional Fertility.
  • Any referrer earning $600 or more annually will need to complete a W-9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification).
  • Paid partners being represented through a 3rd party marketing firm are not eligible for this program.
