Our Ambassador program is open to all Eggceptional Fertility Surrogates who are beginning their surrogacy journey or have completed a successful cycle and enjoy sharing their experience with other moms that may also be interested in becoming a surrogate.
We want to thank you for sharing and reward you for referring any mom interested in becoming a surrogate with Eggceptional Fertility.
How it works:
- Use the form below to apply.
- Once approved, just have any referrals include your first & last name in the “Referred by:” section of their initial application.
- Once the surrogate referral has been medically cleared and signed their legal agreement; we will process your referral bonus.
Ambassador Profile:
Complete the Q&A section of the form (about 16 questions) and upload photos so we can create a personal Ambassador page on our site that includes:
- A personal landing page (url) for you to share your story, photos and videos.
- This page will include a simple form that tracks your referral submissions.
- Share the personal page with your friends, on your social pages, etc.
- Once the surrogate referral has been medically cleared and signed their legal agreement; we will process your referral bonus.
